a) What do people do to keep healthy?
There are many things which can people do to keep healthy. First step to keep fit is a proper lifestyle. It means healthy nutrition, lot of vegetable, fish, chickens, vitamins etc. Today it is very profitable business to sell or do anything what has something to do with lifestyle. The second step is it to keep you fit. That doesn’t mean to do any sport on the highest level. However every man should do something to keep fit. I think that go once or twice a week to the swimming pool or jogging is enough.
b) What happens if they fall ill?
There are 3 sorts of people. The first one goes to see a doctor with every little cold. This isn’t good because using medicines, especially antibiotics too often is very unhealthy and it decreases the level of ability to defense the organism by common immunity. The second sort of people doesn’t go to see a doctor even with the serious illnesses. It is also bad because it damages organism too. The third sort is normal people who can cure little cold themselves via tee and rest but on the other hand they recognize when it is limit to see a doctor.
c) Are people healthier now then they used to be? Why? Why not?
I think that people aren’t healthier now than they were in the past. The natural resistance of human body has decrease. We don’t have the illnesses like plague and other serious illnesses but on the other hand we have many civilization diseases like AIDS, diabetes or stress.
